Adriano Galliani has named Samuel Eto as their primary transfer target this summer. AC Milan have been linked with Ronaldinho, Henry and Shevchenko.

“Our primary objective is Eto’o,” he confirmed. “If the transfer is economically viable then we will try to buy him. If not then we will remain with the squad that won the European Cup plus Ronaldo.”

Club president Silvio Berlusconi has previously stated his wish to bring back Ukrainian striker Andriy Shevchenko from Chelsea, though Galliani admitted he was uncertain over any possible deal, commenting “a lot of things could happen there, I’m not sure.”

In the meantime, Real have made it clear they want Kaka and will pay anything for him. They have offered the Rossoneri 80 million euros to obtain Kaka and will pay him 60 million euros over 5 years. Which will make Kaka the highest paid football player ever, at 12 million euros a year. Also to add to that, Real have offered to give Kaka full ownership of his image rights, something that David Beckham was not able to maintain.

Kaka has stated that he is flattered with the offer but reiterated that he is happy at Milan and wants to stay with AC. Money isn’t everything to Kaka has he donates a share of his earnings to the church of Jesus.

We should know in two weeks if the transfer is successful. Fingers cross Kaka stays at AC with Ronaldo.

Ronaldo is one of the greatest strikers that has ever played the game but he gets alot of criticism from fans across the world. Maybe its because majority of people don’t get a chance to see him play and only read whats being said in the media.

Leading to the World Cup in Germany alot of emphasis was placed on his weight and personal life. However, he still managed to score three goals and break the record of most goals scored for an individual player in the World Cup. Adding to that he surpassed Pele’s record to become the best Brazilian striker in the World Cup.

He has accomplished astonishing stats throughout his career but again he doesn’t gain the respect from his team supporters. It all started when he was at Inter, the fans and media thought he was a waste of money but he still managed to score 69 goals in 99 appearances. Thats with two season out due to a knee injury, spectacular for most strikers but apparently not good enough for Ronaldo’s standards says the media.

When he was with PSV he scored 42 times in 46 appearances and with Barcelona he scored 34 times in 37 appearances. Now who says he has not been consistent throughout his career….

This is now all put behind him as he starts his new life with AC Milan. A club that treats its players with respect and love. The fans love him there and thats what Ronaldo needs to keep playing the game to his full potential.

Next season should be exciting with Juventus back and Ronaldo able to participate in the Champions League, you wouldn’t want to miss an AC game.

They say form is temporary and class is permanent and this is definitely true in Ronaldo’s case.

Ronaldo has joined many other celebrities as he starred on the Simpsons in April. He is a big celebrity in the U.S and recently rejected a $120 million offer from NY Red Bulls as he wanted to remain in Europe…..good choice Ronnie.

Ronaldo has won everything except the Champions League. It was ironic that AC Milan won the Cup this year but he couldn’t play because he was cup tied. Hopefully they win it again next season so that Ronaldo would accomplish everything you can in European football.

Here’s the clip
