Fustration has become something of the pass and now it is just a waiting game. Ronaldo has not featured in any of AC Milan’s games which explains why they have been so poor in front of goal.
With Izaghi and Gilardino struggling to find consistency and Ronaldo injured, Milan are in desperate need for the return of Ronaldo. It seems like AC will have to wait until the 11th of the 25th of November for his return.
Ronaldo has stepped up his rehabilitation in recent weeks and a few days ago appeared in good spirits.
“We are doing well. I hope to be back as soon as possible. But we cannot risk absolutely anything,” he declared.
This Monday the 31-year-old was able to begin the second phase of his athletic preparation, with some specific drills to improve his speed. He also had some light training with the ball, although nothing intense at this stage.
Milan Coach Carlo Ancelotti is hoping to have Ronaldo available for the week 12 match with Atalanta on November 11. If this is not possible then a more realistic date could be after the international break on November 25 against Cagliari.
Rossoneri fans, in view of their team’s struggles in front of goal this campaign, will be praying that their star striker will not have any more setbacks. The ex-Real Madrid man has had his return from injury repeatedly delayed for more than two months now.

On Monday 19th November more than 40 stars from the world of sport will get together in La Rosaleda football stadium in Malaga for the fifth Match Against Poverty. Friends and football legends Ronaldo and Zidane and teams will face up to each other to raise funds for United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) projects in Asia, Africa and South America.
Football fans of all ages are assured of an entertaining evening with players such as Rivaldo (AEK Athens) and Roberto Carlos (Fererbahce) having confirmed their presence. The invitations to join in with the fight against poverty are not just restricted to footballers. At previous matches in Madrid, Basilea, Dusseldorf and Marseille, Formula 1 driver Michael Schumacher and tennis player Rafael Nadal have taken part, and bullfighter Cayetano Ordóñez, who was personally invited by Rondaldo, played in the match in Marseille in March this year. The referee will be Italian Pier Luigi Collina, who, although he is now retired, hasn’t missed a Match Against Poverty yet.
As David Beckham’s team, Los Angeles Galaxy, have not qualified for the play offs of the Major Soccer League, the captains have let him know that they would like him to be there.

Ronaldo has been away from football pitches since the 31st of July, as the former Real Madrid player is currently trying to regain full fitness in order to be available for the team.
However, some fans are starting to lose patience with all the postponements. The Milan striker is begging them to give him more time.
“We are doing well,” he said when asked about his recovery. “A recovery is always difficult.”
“We are working well, but problems always occur: I just ask my fans to have a bit more patience. I, more than them, have the desire to return to play.”
Still, when asked when he will return, Ronaldo could not give a definite date.
“We’re close, I hope as soon as possible. But we cannot risk absolutely anything,” declared Ronaldo.
