Ronaldo missed the game against Genoa due to tiredness and not because he is injured again. Milan have had to play catch up matches on Wednesdays due them taking part in the Fifa Club World Cup. Ronaldo has featured in every game this year and has played a lot of minutes for a player who has not played for over six months. However, he should be back soon says Kaka.
“Ronaldo has only suffered from a bit of tiredness because of the many matches we are playing every three days and the traveling, but despite that he is integrating himself with the team again and is recovering from his injury. He’ll be back soon.”

Milan bounced back after the defeat against Atalanta with a win over Genoa yesterday afternoon.
Without Ronaldo in the line-up it was not going to be an easy match for Milan but Pato came up with the goods. The striker missed a few chances against Atalanta which cost them the match but yesterday he proved that he wasn’t going to make the same mistake twice. Pato scored a header and this another tap in after pouncing on a deflection from the keeper.
This puts Milan back on track in their fight for fourth place and also gives them their second win at San Siro this year.

Brazilian superstar Ronaldo will miss AC Milan’s match against Genoa on Sunday due to a muscle problem, the club said on Saturday.
Ronaldo has played only four times this season due to a combination of calf and thigh injuries but he had appeared in all three of Milan’s league encounters since the turn of the year.
He started in the victories against Napoli and Udinese and came off the bench in Wednesday’s 2-1 defeat at Atalanta.
Milan coach Carlo Ancelotti was hoping to restore his Brazilian attacking triumverate of Kaka, Pato and Ronaldo after having replaced ‘Il Fenomeno’ with Italy international Alberto Gilardino for the Atalanta trip but that will not be possible now.
Meanwhile, Ancelotti has once again denied rumours that the European champions are trying to lure Barcelona forward Ronaldinho to the San Siro.
“He is not part of Milan’s future,” insisted Ancelotti.
