Ronaldo has been criticised by the media after being pictured leaving a club in the early hours of Friday morning. In a previous post, Corinthians technical director Antonio Carlos Zago stated that the club does not have any problems with Ronaldo having a bit of fun but this is not the case with coach Menezes.
The coach has lashed out at Ronaldo during a TV interview admitting that he was not happy with Ronaldo and believes his behaviour can harm his image in the eyes of the fans.
“I have some concerns, while respecting the condition of each professional staff. I can not follow each player as Sao Paulo is big and I will not find them. Each player is responsible for their own lives but the important thing is to not let it affect their training or performance on the field.”
“Ronnie knows that everyone is watching him and this could ruin his image. If he makes mistakes then people will blame his behaviour as it will affect his work rate,” the coach added.
Despite the warning from the coach, Menezes did praise Ronaldo for his efforts in traning and his desire to get back on the pitch and believes that once Ronaldo scores, all will be forgotten.

ronaldo seems to lack the hunger he claims to have, when he was younger he was like a different person, i mean the fact he is a professional footballer who is overweight says it all, didn’t ronaldo train with flamengo since september? surely he should no longer be fat, you don’t have to be a professional footballer who participates in high intensity training sessions to avoid being fat, the average doctor, nurse or businessman can keep in shape, it shouldn’t be hard for a professional footballer

Hmmm, that could be misunderstood. His hunger is obviously still there but desire to be top footballer is gone.
I love Ronaldo very very very very much, and I am very sure that he is going to be OK and will forget all of this.But if he really loves football, then I wish that he returns to his rank as the top player and to win the “FIFA World Footballer of the year” for the fourth time.I love Phenomenon!!!!!
