Dunga today named the 23 players that will be part of the Brazilian Team to play against Uruguay and Paraguay (6th and 10th June) and to feature in the Confederation Cup (between 14th and 28th June).
“The players in the selection are all of great quality and everything depends on the coach. We observed many factors and made a decision based on that,” said Dunga.
Ronaldo did not make the list and the big surprise was Ronaldinho and Thiago Silva who also missed out.
Dunga added a few new faces to the team by selecting Nilma (Internacional), Andre Santos (Corinthians), Victor (Gremeo) and Ramires (Cruziero). Daniel Alvez was also included but Barcelona has informed Dunga that the player is injured and could be out for three weeks.

Let me say something guys, European championships are more professional than the Brazilian one, but the brazilian players are more talented, that is no doubt. English clubs are among the best in the world, especially the big four, look at the champions league records lately. I don’t know what is happening with the Italian clubs,they don’t do good in chanpions league lately, but I know that I am pissed for not seeing Ronalinho playing at Milan. For the guy who said if Atalanta would lead 2-0 agian Man United they would seal the game, you should check the Champions League final Milan VS Liverpool when Milan lead 3-0 what happened after that. For all of those who has been talking about the different leagues. You guys need to remember that teams are built with a lot of money and it is obvious over the last couple of years that the English teams are becoming richer. Therefore, they are able to buy the right players to form a great team.
Secondly, the Brazilian league has developed some excellent players and one of the them is Tevez. Tevez played of the Corinthians in 2004-2005 so if you’re a Manu fan you would already know this, maybe not because a lot of fans that follow the English league only know the English league because thats all they have in the papers. The only time they really do get to see other players is the Champions League.
Thirdly, if the English were so good then why didn’t they make it to the European Cup???
Lastly, I want to say that it is obvious that there are a lot of excellent Brazilian players compared to other countries but the English have more money and thats why they have a stronger team which consist of a lot of Foriegn players.
