Now , I hope he will not change his mind now that he promised President of Brasil that he will be in Corinthians in 2010.

He is not crazy to leave Brasil when he has everything he needs to fully prepare for South Africa.
Whole Corinthians club will help him to go to WC 2010.
Its all up o him .

btw Its also very good that he have President of Brasil on his side :)

This is the man, thats played for just about every major team in his career.

I dont see him staying at corinthians. And if he gets skinny and fast, he’ll be the 1st person to leave that team.

Ronaldo is still fat, but his movement smoothness has really started to come back.

He just needs to STOP eating all food, and be trim again.

if michale owen can play 4 man united ronaldo can certainly play for any big club in the world…its such such a shame tht ppl have forgotten him n only play there shitee owens and wat not…

“epl” lol, it makes me laugh when people say that, no one in england calls the premiership that.
bad miss by ronaldo in the game but he did well in the second goal.

  13. Rodders on July 3rd, 2009 2:01 pm

if he stays in brazil then at least he can enjoy his football. but like someone else said if owen can play for man utd then ronaldo can too! and i’m sorry to any corinthians fans on this site but i’d love to see him in the premiership next season, although i think there’s almost no chance of that happening, mainly because he’s a forgotten man…..oh well he’ll just have to remind people of his legendary status with his goals in the 2010 world cup!!!

  14. Barnaba on July 3rd, 2009 2:09 pm

YES RODDERS. Totally agree with that. Thats life it is. My wish to see him in 2010 WC is bigger as I want to see him back in Europe… Look at his career, you`ll get to know the importance of another World Cup.

The best thing for him is to stay at Corinthians. He is happy there and that’s the most important. I don’t think there is any club in Europe that would take the risk of aquiring him, pay him a big salary and don’t have the guarantee that he will do well. Remember that Corinthians was the ONLY club that trusted him after that terrible injury. No club in this world believed Ronaldo will be able to return to the top of world football. Corinthians trusted him, gave him a chance and now he has to repay them with tons of goals, beautiful passes and perhaps a new trophy; the BRASILEIRAO.

the corinthians ronaldo looks like this guys dad, it’s weird how much he has changed.

  17. iiiii on July 3rd, 2009 3:12 pm

    ^ he is fit there.

  18. Rodders on July 3rd, 2009 3:53 pm

2 years for a guy in their 30’s is a long time mate, this was inevitable, with or without a ripped tendon! if he ever gets back to that shape it’ll be a miracle

  19. jonny adams on July 3rd, 2009 4:33 pm

give him time to get thiner, ino he will du it though caus hes the best evr:)

  20. iiiii on July 3rd, 2009 5:33 pm

well in that case rodders, ronaldo needs a miracle to get to the world cup because there is no way dunga is going to pick him in his current condition, while he is in this condition he is not in the top 5 strikers. however if he can get fit then he could be their best again.

Please dont lose your time and words.
    Pick on mind:
Ronaldo could return for Europe (for age or capacity)

    BUT HE DONT WANT !
    BUT HE DONT NEED !

Now he will be happy here.
Corinthians, Libertadores, WC2010 and FIFA Dubai World Club 2010, when he will retires at end.
