Ronaldo has surgery on his hand this morning to correct the fracture in the third and fourth metacarpals. According to the doctors, the operation was a success but Ronaldo will remain in hospital until Thursday.
Ronaldo’s father Nélio followed the whole procedure and gave a positive feedback in the operation Globo Esporte.
“He is great and sleeping,” said Nélio.
A plate and 12 screws were placed in Ronaldo’s hand to correct the fratured metacarpals.

I have a queastion: How do you spell Ronaldo’s second name “Luis” or “Luiz”? I thought always the first one was right but I saw a x-ray from Ronaldo’s hand and on the x-ray is written Ronaldo LUIZ Nazario.Man,I always thought it’s LUIS!How embarrassing!

all you fanboys said ronaldo was in perfect shape ! and now he has had liposuction, what have you got to say now? i didn’t think so! if ronaldo says he has weight to lose, he is right, not little fanboys who claim he is in great condition. maybe this will teach some of you to be a little more level headed when it comes to discussing ronaldo.
^i have to agree. i seems an adult discussion cannot be had without being labeled a hater by some blind fanboys. IT WASN’T ALL MUSCLE clearly, some people claimed all of his extra weight was muscle, which the more intelligent viewers would simply laugh at.

i have not been labeled as a hater by anyone nameless because i rarely bother to comment due to the small mindedness of some people, there is simply no point, but i have seen people get dog’s abuse for even the most smallest of fair criticisms of ronaldo even though they are clearly ronaldo fans. Also i was not talking about you “nameless”, i have never come across you before, you must be paranoid.
And it is true that some people said ronaldo was all muscle and that is why he is bigger, i have read that god knows how many times over the last few months, and also people saying “ronaldo doesn’t need to lose weight”, you may not have seen those sort of comments but they have been plentiful in the chatbox and comments section, trust me. Well now those people know that he did. i hope this can make the blind fanboys more mellow and open minded with their opinions and it will bring these ronaldo fans together rather than abuse fellow fans who say anything that isn’t positive.

If someone thinks people here are hater because they criticise Ronaldo then it’s insane. I wouldn’t discuss with anybody who thinks I am a hater because I criticise Ronaldo, because it would be a senseless talk!So, why bother with them?
We shall know whether he really had liposuction or not based on when he returns to training. If we see him training with the ball within two weeks, then i do not think he could have had this kind of procedure. Besides, if he really had the fat removing surgery, then that’s great.
