Ronaldo, Roberto Carlos and Kaka

The possible friendly between Real Madrid and Corinthians this year has left Kaká excited. In an exclusive interview with Radio Globo, the former Sao Paulo player welcomed the chance to face a Brazilian club again.

“I knew that the press would be a great novelty. I can play against the Corinthians again after so many years, face Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos. It would be a great opportunity,” said Kaka.

The match against the “Galacticos” would be one of the highlights in the centennial celebration of Timon this year. Fabiano Farah, manager of both Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos, is responsible for the negotiations between the two clubs. The game will take place in August at Bernabeu.

“Everyone was happy that Roberto Carlos is returning to a big club in Brazil, which will play Libertadores. The staff in Spain has a special affection for Roberto and Ronaldo too,” stated Kaka.

    IMO, Ronaldo should switch jerseys with Christiano after the game as to show who the Real Madrid #9 really belongs to. :P

    Picture from WC 2002 , Ronaldo is miles away from WC 2010 if he needs to be like in 2002 for 2010 .I mean physicly ofcurse . Becuase Dunga,Texeira and Lula ( president of Brasil ) said Ronaldo will be back if he returns to 2002 form .

    Only Dunga and teixeira said it but Ronaldo’s doctors already said last year it’s impossible Ronaldo can be like in 2002.They said his ideal weight is 90kg and in 2002 he was like 85,87? Anyway,mano said today after the game Ronaldo and Roberto Carlos will maybe play already on 20th January,means 3 days!

    This will be an interesting game from many points of view.
    R. Carlos and Ronaldo facing their old club.
    Kaka facing his teammates from the Brazil squad.
    Kaka facing Ronaldo, his ex-Milan teammate;
    And of course the contest between the 2 Ronaldos. I don’t consider it a contest though, it’s the public that makes this association just because they have the same name. You don’t have to be an experT to realize that Ronaldo is a legend and an example to follow while Cristiano is more of a clown whose main concern is his gelatinous hair. ONE R9!
