It’s not wrong to wear their shirt sky! Every player has his favopurite club and everyone knows it.So why isn’t he allowed to wear their shirt on a private party?This makes no sense.Surely he is allowed to wear it especially in a private party!He even was at a party by Adriano’s house after Flamengo won the league title.And the president of Corinthains said it’s no problem because it’s his childhood club and Adriano is a good friend of his who invited him.

yep, well done for clearing that up fernando, unlucky nameless, looks like you were wrong this time. everyone knows it would have been wrong to wear their shirt whilst they are in the same league as corinthians. and even though ronaldo gets his money from many different people (sponsors etc) corinthians are still paying his wages just like any other player.

I hope its a hoax but the photo looks recent especially when you compare it to the new photos with Roberto Carlos. In 2007 I think he had an afro and his face looked alot rounder.

He might also be doing it to prove to the fans that he is a Flamengo supporter after they got annoyed that he didn’t sign for them.

Ronaldo always said he is a Flamengo fan and he always was at Flamengo games wearing their shirt when he was in Brazil.I think it’s normal players have their favourite clubs and support them. Ronaldinho e.g. said he always supports Gremio where he played. Kaka plays for Real Madrid but supports AC Milan.
Their archrivals are Palmeiras.And the wages are paid by sponsors,not Corinthians.Corinthians juts pay a bit,but he gets 80% of the sponsorship.

hmm, if i was paying ronaldo’s wages i wouldn’t be too keen on him wearing our arch rivals shirts. just goes to show that he can basically do whatever he wants at corinthians. he should cool off his support of flamengo whilst they are his biggest opponents and maybe support them when he retires. it just sends out the wrong signals on a professional level. he never wore flamengo shirts when he was at previous clubs. if i was a corinthians fan this would raise all kinds of questions. it would be more understandable if flamengo ere in the league below but they aren’t. next season he should be looking to destroy them, not support them.
