Ronaldo will need more time to recover before being match fit, contrary to what was reported earlier in the week. With Libertadores as the main goal for the season. Coach Mano Menezes does not want to take any chances, as Ronaldo has already experienced a re-occurring injury that he picked up during the game against Flamengo at the end of last season.
Ronaldo will begin training and may return during the game against Mogi Mirim on the 17th February or against Rio Branco on the 20th February.

It’s good they rest him this time.No wonder he was sidelined after the second game if you consider the doctors wanted him to play in February and to do more specific trainnig.
