Ronaldo returns to training after two months

Ronaldo returned to training on Wednesday after suffering a calf injury just before the World Cup. However, there has been no set date on when Ronaldo will be fit enough to feature in any of the games.
I would imagine that Ronaldo will take a few weeks to fully recover and regain match fitness. He hasn’t played since May 9th and hasn’t been in the same form he was last season.
With Mano Menezes being assigned Brazil new coach, Adilson Batista has taken over as the manager of the Corinthians.
Ronaldo didn’t mind Klose breaking his record
Ronaldo is currently the World Cups top scorer and the only other person to come close to his recod was Miroslav Klose with a total of 14 goals.
The German striker could have had a chance to match or even beat Ronaldo’s record but he was denies a place in Germans starting XI due to a back injury.
“Congratulations to Klose, to score 14 goals at the World Cup is fantastic. It’s sad that he did not play on Saturday,” Ronaldo is quoted as saying by an international news agency.
“I was not opposed to him breaking my record. I have made my history. Now it is time for others to write their stories,” the Brazilian, with true sportsman spirit, added.
Many German’s criticised coach Joachim Loew when he included Klose in his squad but the striker did not dissapoint at 32 years old. This could have been the same for Ronaldo, only if Dunga gave him a chance but Brazil’s performance this year reflected the Dunga’s competence.
