Ronaldo returned to training on Wednesday after suffering a calf injury just before the World Cup. However, there has been no set date on when Ronaldo will be fit enough to feature in any of the games.
I would imagine that Ronaldo will take a few weeks to fully recover and regain match fitness. He hasn’t played since May 9th and hasn’t been in the same form he was last season.
With Mano Menezes being assigned Brazil new coach, Adilson Batista has taken over as the manager of the Corinthians.

Well people talk more about “90s Ronaldo” as the best because he never had another season like 96-97 after the injuries.But of course the 00′s Ronaldo is also spectacular,starting with his amazing comeback for the 2002 WC and finishing with his comeback at Corinthians 2009.To me he is still better than the rest.Like gilberto said,he was much better at their age and even now he can still do his magic despite all the injuries that plagued his career.

The worst experience I ever had was playing against Ronaldo when we faced Internazionale in the 1998 UEFA Cup Final in Paris. He’s an incredible player. I have watched that game on video so many times since then, trying to work out what I did wrong. We lost 3-0 but I don’t think now it was my fault. Ronaldo was simply unstoppable. He is so quick he makes everyone else look as if they arestanding still. I hope he really gets fit now because Ronaldo, in full flow, is the most spectacular sight in football.
